I just wanted to take the time to share a little story with everyone.

In the last months I have received calls from two businesses requesting information regarding my services. They both stated that the were looking to switch away from their current IT provider. It turns out they both were using the same company. After a few moments I lead the conversation to ask “why are you looking to switch providers”. As it turns out the responses were identical. The “other” company was slow to call back and their appearance/attitude wasn’t very professional.

Why did I feel the need to share this with everyone. Good customer service equates to good referrals. Take the extra minute to chat with a customer or take a few extra minutes to answer a question “off the clock”. You may be amazed as the results it brings in terms of referrals and we all know where a majority of clients come from in our business. Both of my potential new clients were referrals from current clients of Leztek.
