Mason Computer Service is coming up on its two year anniversary, in October, and I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank everyone that has come to me with their computer problems and issues. When I started this business, my main goal was to do something to give back to the community, my plan was to offer computer services at the lowest amount that I could so people would be able to afford to have their computer running right even though the economy is in difficult times, I was told that this would actually be detrimental to running a computer business, and would drive people away thinking that “with prices that low, the quality of work must be low as well” I don’t agree. Yes I charge less than half what my competitors charge, but what I get back from my customers is far more than my competitors will ever receive, and the wonderful part, “smiles and thank you’s” are not taxable yet!!!!!

I set out on a mission to help people, and in these first 2 years I believe I have accomplished this mission, and plan to continue in the years to come. I want to be your computer guy, and I want my competition to realize that helping people is where the value is at, not draining their pockets. Will it ever happen? Who knows, all I can do is hope.

I have learned a lot these past two years, not only about fixing computers, or how long it can really take for something to arrive via the postal service, but the true value of people. People are what really make this world turn, and the value of a happy customer is what really drives me to keep this business going. I never knew that someone getting their computer back running like it should would put such a smile on their face, and in turn mine.

Once again, thank you so much for your business these last two years, and if you have any suggestions of how I can improve my business to better serve you, and this community please let me know, I am here for you, and will always strive to make your life easer, by making your computer run like it should.
